I just sent you an email too and I am sorry to hear someone is going through an emergency in their personal life.

Currently, I receive no communication from this website in regard to when new issues have arrived or when they are delayed. Do you send emails to your customers to keep them informed? I love the magazine and wish the communication could work a little better..

Any information would be appreciated.

I have sent a couple of emails. I have not been able to receive any magazines this year. I realize now this last issue was a problem and I’m sorry Terri had a family emergency. I’m hoping all has changed for the better for her. But when I put a magazine in the cart, it still asks for the full amount at checkout. Is there any way this can be resolved? This happened last year as well.

Just bought my first copy of your magazine (Mon 4 Jan – Australia time) and all I can say is Wow! Wow!. What amazing value this magazine is. Thanks to each and every one of the designers and admin who are responsible for putting this all together. Happy New Year to you all.
